Glatt offers a comprehensive range of uniform, modular stainless-steel containers specifically designed for the weighing, blending, storing, transporting, and documenting of powders and granules. These containers are available in both square and round designs, with or without accessories, and can be fully tailored to meet the specific needs of each application.
As essential connecting elements between various processing steps, containers are subjected to significant operational loads. To address this, Glatt manufactures robust stainless-steel containers, either as self-supporting structures or reinforced with torsionally rigid frames, depending on individual process requirements. The container portfolio includes GMP-compliant stainless-steel designs with net volumes of up to 3,400 litres. Enhanced models are available for easy cleaning validation, especially suited for containment applications.

All lifting and discharging systems are engineered in customized lengths to suit specific operational needs and can be operated either manually or automatically. These robust and versatile systems support the efficient filling and discharging of various containers, including tanks, barrels, big bags, and product containers.
In stationary systems, lifting and tipping are powered by a reliable hydraulic drive. For smaller containers of up to 170 kilograms, Glatt also offers a mobile version equipped with a manual tilt drive. Larger filling capacities can be achieved using compact system designs enhanced by Glatt’s advanced telescopic technology.

Glatt’s intelligent and flexible suction conveyor systems are designed to gently fill and discharge products into containers and process equipment by directly linking two processing steps. These systems serve as the ideal solution for efficient and safe material handling.
The suction conveyor systems are capable of transporting powders, granulates, and other free-flowing solids with ease and care using low-pressure technology. They are particularly well-suited for horizontal product flow and can handle volumes ranging from 10 to 1,500 liters. The product is conveyed through a product separator that is directly connected to the subsequent process stage, ensuring seamless transfer.
Designed to meet GMP standards, the systems can be fully validated and are suitable for both batch processing and continuous operation when equipped with additional modules. Glatt’s PRO concept, which offers 12-bar pressure-shock resistance, combines the highest safety standards with the stringent requirements of total containment.
Various cleaning solutions are available, including multiple cleaning options up to the fully integrated SuperClean® version. On the exhaust side, the suction conveyor systems are fitted with filters that are automatically cleaned, ensuring ongoing process efficiency and minimal maintenance interruptions.

Glatt’s Containment Valve System TKS has been specifically developed to meet these demands. Featuring two identical static seals, the system ensures contamination-free product transfer between containers. Even substances with stringent OEL (Occupational Exposure Limits) or OEB (Occupational Exposure Bands), including those with requirements in the nanogram range, can be safely transferred without dust emissions. The advanced flap technology integrated into the system provides maximum safety for people, products, and the environment.

These systems are designed for easy and rapid charging and can reliably handle filling volumes of up to 3,000 liters.
Glatt blenders ensure gentle, contamination-free blending, delivering a homogeneous mix of raw materials and dry granulates. The 30-degree positioning of square containers and the use of a two-axis blender in round containers eliminate the need for additional blending aids. Charging is simplified with the use of a lifting trolley, and various clamping options are available to guarantee an optimal fit for each specific application.
For straightforward blending tasks, Glatt’s tilting container blenders offer an efficient and practical solution. The blender series with a lifting function provides exceptional versatility, supporting applications such as container charging from an upper level, dispensing into target containers, or simultaneously charging production equipment.

Glatt offers a versatile container mixer specifically designed for small batch sizes at laboratory scale. This system is ideal for the efficient mixing and homogenization of different or identical powders and granulates within just a few minutes.
Compact and highly adaptable, the mixer is equipped with a safety sensor, freely adjustable mixing times, and stepless speed control ranging from 20 to 120 rpm. The unit is user-friendly, practical to operate, and easy to clean, supporting streamlined laboratory workflows.
To accommodate varying process requirements, the mixer is available with container sizes of 2.5 litres and 10 litres.
