Segments and dies:
Segments are a patented development of Fette Compacting. They substitute the conventional turret die table and the actual dies themselves. Conversion minimizes product loss, achieving higher yield volumes and reducing changeover times by 70%. With their various materials and coatings, the dies are tailored for the respective application.

Pmax® turrets:
Adapted to standard requirements, the FS12® punch permits an increase in output of 40% and more accompanied by consistent production time.

TRI.EASY Tool Box System:
Tableting tools are extremely sensitive. The less they are handled, the lower the risk of tools being damaged through handling. The innovative TRI.EASY Tool Box System permits safe tool transport, storage and cleaning.

SDC800 cleaning system from ARUNA:
The wash trays offered by Fette Compacting guarantee residue-free dirt removal. Apart from the cleaning cycles, the cleaning process also comprises drying and preservation. The SDC800 cleans more than twice as many punches per hour than in a comparable ultrasound system.

PA500 polishing machine from Nortec:
Consistent polishing result across sets of up to 120 punches. Thanks to the particular alignment toward tableting tools, the punches and dies can be safely suspended from holders specially designed for this purpose. Granulate and polishing paste are suitable and approved for use in the food sector.

The tool management system from Gühring. Easy and reliable tool management. Thanks to system-supported management of the tools and machine parts, detailed data are available at all times to identify optimization potentials in the tool cycle. The software documents all relevant inventory movement data. It triggers order processes and permits many-faceted evaluations and transparency.
