Induction Capsealers

The CVC 2000-TS induction cap sealing system is used to apply a hermetic seal over the mouth of a jar or bottle. These seals can provide evidence of tampering, preserve freshness, prevent pilferage, and provide leakage protection during handling or shipping.

A special plastic cap containing an aluminium foil disk is used. After the cap is screwed onto the bottle, it is passed beneath an induction sealing coil. This coil radiates an electromagnetic field, which causes the aluminium disk to heat up. A coating laminated to this disk softens and is fused to the mouth of the bottle.

CVC 4000 Induction Cap sealers add security and value to your products. The CVC induction system provides an effective means of tamper-evidence, improves shelf life and eliminates leaks. Once caps with foil liners are tightened to the bottle, the non-contact heating process is accomplished by the high frequency induction field, with almost no heat transfer to product.

CVC FIS20 Series Thermal image inspection system, adopting the latest thermal imaging technology along with a thermal image camera, is able to perform multi-point temperature checks and converts the data into thermal images for aluminium foil sealing inspection.

CVC FIS20 can easily integrate with an induction cap sealing machine to inspect aluminium foil seals immediately after sealing, ensuring product quality. It comes in two models, mid-wave (CVC FIS20-M) and long-wave (CVC FIS20-L), to suit different types of bottle caps.
