The Eclipse 240 is a linear conveyor, tray sealing system capable of denesting, filling, reel fed film or pre-cut lid sealing and over capping up to 240 packs per minute. Providing complete flexibility this machine can be specified to be multi lane and any length to fully automate the entire process at high speed. The Eclipse 240 can be configured to use MAP-F gas flushing and full MAP-V vacuum for extended shelf life. Dependent on tray size, the Eclipse 240 can seal up to 12 trays at a time in a dual lane format.
