Core Processes
In-process laser marking ensures precise identification and traceability for ophthalmic products. To determine which lens goes in the right or left eye, the sphere value (diopter) is clearly marked on the individual blister. The cover film also includes important details such as the product name, base curve, batch number, packaging date, expiration date, and the UDI code for traceability. These codes and data are accurately applied by an integrated laser band after sealing, with verification performed through image processing systems in real-time and at full machine speed, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
